The Original Pharmacy for Signal Mountain. My first experience with this Signal Mountain icon dates back over 23 years ago - 1969, to, be specific, the year my wife and I moved up here. In all those years, never have I experienced a single issue or difficulty. How pleasant to know, that following 3 years living elsewhere, Signal Mountain Pharmacy remains the best by far Drug Store year

The BEST pharmacy is Signal Mountain Pharmacy. The few times I have had to go into CVS is a nightmare! You have to wait forever and the pharmacists look like exhausted zombies. WHY would anyone put themselves through such misery? The staff at Signal Mountain Pharmacy know you by name and will order your brand and you will never get better customer service anywhere. They also have an amazing gift shop. I love the convenience. I am in and out of there in minutes. At CVS they could never find my prescription. Make the switch and support your LOCAL businesses... not some greedy corporate chain. I love seeing the people who work there - they are so nice!

They have been amazing! They've checked in and made sure I've got my script in if it's been a month or 2 and I hadn't got my meds. They stayed open for 20 mins after, so that I could pick up my med. They've been really accommodating and helpful!! Wonderful small business

Always a GREAT experience. Staff is always pleasant. I can bring in a prescription & walk out with it, filled, in around 5 minutes (if that long). Competitive pricing. And their store has unique gift items I can't find anywhere else.

The absolute BEST service. Lightening fast refills in comparison to the big chain pharmacies. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They spend time with each customer to make sure they understand the medication they’re getting. The service is so good, going to a big chain pharmacy feels like abuse. This is a true local pharmacy that’s owned by a member of the community.
